Abstract:Focusingonthe interactiverelationship betweenthe Wenzhouneses Spirit and Stay-in-Wenzhouand Strengthen-theCityEducationinlaliesi,tsuyplotstorcalvouiootempoaryoatiosndeicaltical pathwaysoftheWenzhounesesSpirit withinhighereducationunderthestrategicbackdropofthe"Strong CityAction"inititie.By constructingapracticalframeworkecompasingthe"reeInandOuts"(ulturalimmesion),"reeClarooms"(uularte gration),"TreeIntegratios"(aluealgment),and"reeStages"(ompetencydevelopment),eesearchproosesfouratha culturalinfiltratioucubeddologicalducatuedan,ndapabilityanementforloaluis achievedeepintegrationbetweentalentcultivationandregionaldevelopment.Thefindingshighlightthatthe WenzhouesesSpiit,s thecoreculturalgeneof theregion,playsapivotalroleinstrengtheningstudentsculturalidentityanddvancinghighualityso cioeconomic development through industry-education integration.
