Abstract： Henan has takenanumberof measures in inheritingand promoting excelent red culture，including leading the improvementandupgradingofredculture throughforward-lokingplanning，increasinginvestmentandprotectiontostrengthentheconstructionofredbase，andexploringdculturalresouesiniovativewaystoakeitoreatractive.However，threarestillsome problemsinpractice：theawarenessofredcultureprotectionisinsuficient，andthepublicsatentionneedstobeimproved;theresourceintegratioandsytemdevelopentaetpefet，ndteutilizationfcencyislow;thepropagandaefortsareist andthecommunicationchannelsandmethodsneedtobefurtheroptimized;societyssenseofidentityandbelongingtoredculture needtobedepened.Exploringtepromotionpathof inheritingandcayingfwardHenan'sexcelentrdculurewillnotoyhelp toenhanceculturalself-confidence，butalsoinjectspiritualimpetusintosocialdevelopmentandpromoteredculturetoglowwith greater vitality in the new era.
