Abstract：Theintegrationofculturalandtourism，asanewenginedrivingurbaneconomicdevelopment，notonlyaddsnewimpetustothetourismindustrybutalsoprovidesabroaderplatfoforhistoricalandculturalheritagetransmission.However，historic culturaldistrictscurrentlacechalengesinteprocssofonservationadevelopent，includingcoflictsetwenhistoical preservationandmoderdevelopment，increasinghomogenzation，andthelackofalong-termmanagementmechanism.Inrsponse totheseissues，thispaperaimstoprovidepracticalreferencesfortheconservationanddevelopmentofhistoricculturaldistrictsand furtherpromotetheintegrationofcultureandtourism，contributingtothedualgoalsofurbanconomicprosperityandhistoricaland culturalheritageransmisson.Fomtheperspetieofulturalandtourismintegationthissudyfocuseonreehistoicculural districtsinHuzhou：shangStree，iaoiStreetndZuangyaStreet，troughfieldeseachnditeratureeview.eud vealsthatpracticalsategisfocsingonistocalstoratiocporatingieactieexpercs，ndxploingomalfo matscanpromote thesustainabledevelopmentofhistoricculturaldistricts，omprehensivelyehancetheiroverallappearance，reby highlighting the city's profound cultural heritage and contributing to urban development.
