Abstract：Asa pivotalconcept inancientChineseculture，thesemanticevolutionandcultural developmentof "Shi"traversed theintellectualtajeryfprQinposoprofoudlyfuecgtaditioalCesemedcieCM）.Wiintfraork， "Shi"servesnotonlyasafundamentallensforinterpretinglifephenomenabutalsoasaguding principleinclinicaldiagosisand therapeutics.DrawingontextualanalysesofTeYellowEmperorsClasicofMedicineanditssharedconceptualstructureswithChineseculturaltraditions，thisstudysystematicallexaminesthetheoreticaloriginsandphilosoicalunderpiingsof"Sh"inCM. Throughclinicalpracticessuchas"diagnosis troughmomentumobservation"，"treatmentbymomentumadaptation"，and"tiesen sitivehealthcultivation"，TCMultimatelyseekstoachievetheholisticidealof"harmonybetweenhumansandnature".ByontetualizingtheseprincipleswitintheculturalwolenessofChnesephlosopy，thisexplorationenhancestheunderstandingofTCMhealth paradigms，oferingvaluableinsightsforinovatingTCMinheritanceandadvancingtheHealthyChinainitiative.Thistimonored concept，withitsduringrelevane，bdgeshistoricalwisdomandcntemporaryapplications，eiforcingitsoleingudingtesustainable development of both TCM culture and national health strategies.
