——中職班主任接班管理的研究與探索

摘 要：中職班主任中途接班會(huì)遇到很多問(wèn)題，需妥善解決，管理難度大。中職藝術(shù)課程核心素養(yǎng)包括審美判斷、藝術(shù)感知、創(chuàng)意表達(dá)和文化理解，把其融入到班主任班級(jí)日常管理，能更好解決接班時(shí)遇到的各項(xiàng)問(wèn)題，以美育人，以文治班，使班主任平穩(wěn)接班，更有效地管理班級(jí)。

Abstract：Vocational school class teachers who take over mid-term face many challenges that require proper resolution，making the management process more difficult.The core competencies of vocational arts courses include aesthetic judgment，artistic perception，creative expression，and cultural understanding.Integrating these into the daily management of the class helps to address the various issues encountered when taking over a class.By educating through aesthetics and governing with culture，class teachers can ensure a smoother transition and more effective class management.
