摘 要:中職班主任中途接班會遇到很多問題,需妥善解決,管理難度大。中職藝術(shù)課程核心素養(yǎng)包括審美判斷、藝術(shù)感知、創(chuàng)意表達和文化理解,把其融入到班主任班級日常管理,能更好解決接班時遇到的各項問題,以美育人,以文治班,使班主任平穩(wěn)接班,更有效地管理班級。

Abstract:Vocational school class teachers who take over mid-term face many challenges that require proper resolution,making the management process more difficult.The core competencies of vocational arts courses include aesthetic judgment,artistic perception,creative expression,and cultural understanding.Integrating these into the daily management of the class helps to address the various issues encountered when taking over a class.By educating through aesthetics and governing with culture,class teachers can ensure a smoother transition and more effective class management.
