摘 要：文章通過(guò)剖析桂林多層次勞動(dòng)與技能競(jìng)賽體系現(xiàn)狀，探討其對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)改革的積極作用，提出精細(xì)化分層等深化策略，激發(fā)職工潛能，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)，為桂林城市發(fā)展注入新動(dòng)力。

Research on the Empowerment of the Labor and Skill Competition

System for the Reform of the Industrial Worker Team in Guilin

Abstract：By analyzing the current status of the multi-level labor and skill competition system in Guilin，this paper explores its positive role in the reform of the industrial worker team.It proposes deepening strategies such as refined stratification to stimulate workers’ potential，promote industrial upgrading，and inject new momentum into the development of Guilin city.
