摘 要：文章通過剖析桂林多層次勞動與技能競賽體系現狀，探討其對產業(yè)工人隊伍建設改革的積極作用，提出精細化分層等深化策略，激發(fā)職工潛能，促進產業(yè)升級，為桂林城市發(fā)展注入新動力。

Research on the Empowerment of the Labor and Skill Competition

System for the Reform of the Industrial Worker Team in Guilin

Abstract：By analyzing the current status of the multi-level labor and skill competition system in Guilin，this paper explores its positive role in the reform of the industrial worker team.It proposes deepening strategies such as refined stratification to stimulate workers’ potential，promote industrial upgrading，and inject new momentum into the development of Guilin city.
