耕讀教育融入高校勞動(dòng)教育課程的路徑與成效研究

Abstract:Laboreducationisanessentialcomponentoffulflingthefundamentaltaskof"fosteringvirtuethrougheducation" inuniversitiesinhenewera.Toaddressthedisconectbetwelabreducationandprofessonaleducationandtonhancethe laborawarenessandpracticalcompetenceofnon-agriculturemajorstudents,KailiUniversityexploresthereformof labor educatiocourseswith"vegetabletopdresing"asthecorecontent,basedonlocalagriculturalresourcesandrelyingonthe excelentagriculturalandforestrytalenttrainingbase.Thispaperadoptsateachingstructurebasedon"task-drivenlearningteamcollboration-outcomepresentation",andconstructsafivestageinstructionalmodelcomprising"pre-classresearchclassroomgudance-hands-onpractice-practicaldemonstrtion-achievementexhibtion-reflectivesummary"Thecourseintegrates labor skils,professional knowledge,and ideological-political education,forming a synergistic "labor + specialty + ideological education”modelforholistictalentcultivation.Thefindingsindicatethatthiscurrculumefectivelyenhancesstudents'labor values,promotestheirinterdisciplinarycollaborativeleaming,andimprovestheiroverallcompetence,tusprovidingareplicable model and theoretical reference for labor education reform in local universities.
