Abstract：Thereportofthe19thNational Congressof theCommunistPartyof Chinaproposedaruralrevitalizationstrategy forthefirsttime.Ruralrevitalizationisanimportantmeasuretopromoteruraleconomicdevelopment，andtheintegrationof cultureandtourismisanefectivewaytoachieveruralrevitalization.Inordertorespondtothecallofthecountry，Huize County，QujingCity，YunnanProvincevigorouslyimplementedthestrategyofstrengtheningthecountythroughcultureand tourism，andusedrichculturalresourcestointegratetourismroutestoachieveintegrateddevelopmentofcultureandtourism.In viewofthedevelopmentstatusandexistingproblemsofculturalandtourismintegrationinHuizeCounty，corrspondingeasures areproposedtoprovidereferenceandreferencefortheintegrateddevelopmentpathofruralculturalandtourismindustriesin various places.
