Abstract：Theintegrationanddevelopmentofcollegereturneeentrepreneurswithruralculturalindustriescontributetothe inovatioandupgradingofruralculturalindustries，promotetherealiationofself-worthforcollgereturneeentrepreneurs，and assistintheinheritanceandappreciationoflcalculturalcapital.Curently，theintegrationanddevelopmentofcollgeretuee entrepreneurswithrualcuturalindustriesfacechallngessuchasinsuffcientexplorationandutilizationoflocalculturalcapital， alackofexperienceandresourcesforcollegereturneeentrepreneurs，andanedforoptimizationoftheruralculturalindustry developmentenvironment.Toaddresstheseisses，itisnecessarytostrengthntheexplorationandapplicationoflcalcultural capital，enhancethecapabiliesandqualitiesofcolegeretureentrepreneurs，andoptimizethedevelopmentenvironmentfor ruralculuralindustries，efectivelyadvancingtheinnovativeandintegrateddevelopmentofcollgeetueeentrepreneursand rural cultural industries.
