Abstract：IntheprocessofChinesepathtomodernization，therevitalizationofruraltalentsisthekeytoachievingthe comprehensiverevitaizationoftecountryside.Atpresent，ruraltalentsarefacedwithsuchchalengesasinsuffcientquantity lowquality，unbalancedstructure，scarcityof developmentplatforms，poordevelopmentenvironment，anunsoundservicesystem， andlowsenseofbelonging.Inordertosolvetheproblemsofruraltalentrevitalizationitisnecesarytostrengthenthetalent cultivationandintroductionmechanism，andoptimizethestructureofthetalentteam；promotetheupgradingofruralindustries andbuildtalentdevelopmentplatforms;optimizetheruraldevelopmentenvironmentandimprovethetalentserviceandguantee system;strengthentheconstructionofruralspiritualcivilizationandenhancethesenseofbelongingandidentityof talents.
