Abstract：Inordertospeedupruraldevelopmentandachievethegoalofruralrevitalization，thispaperusesliterature researchmethodandproblemderivationmethodtodiscussthefeasiblestrategiesforuniversitiestoservetherevitalizationof ruraltalents.Firstofall，basedontheperspectiveofruralrevitalization，thispaperanalyzesthedificultiesencounteredby colegesanduniversitiesinservingruralrevitalization，andsummarizesthattherearethreemainproblemsintalenttrainingin colegesanduniversities：isolationfromindustrialdemand，smallquantityandporqualty，andlowuralemploymentrate.Then， inaccordancewiththeanalysisofproblemsandtheideaofsolvingproblems，weproposeanoptimizationstrategyfortalent trainingandserviceforruralrevitalizationbasedonthethreeaspectsofdemand，qualityandsecurity.Wecanmeettheneds ofruraltalentsbybuildingagriculture-relatedmajors，changingeducationmethods，andincreasingconstructioninvestmentTake measurestostrengthnskillstrainingandselectprofessionaltalentstoimprovehequalityoftalents，drivenbylauncingspecial plans，improvingpracticeandserviceplatforms，andstrengtheningmulti-Partycolaboration，wewillacceleratethesinkingof talents，therebyimprovingtheefectivenessofcollegesanduniversitiesinsrvingruraltalentrevitalizationandensuringthe standardization of rural revitalization strategies.， efective implementation.
