Abstract：Highqualityagriculturaldevelopmentisthekeytoachievingruralrevitalization，ensuringnationalfodsecurityand promotingagriculturalmodemization.Thispaperbuildsanevaluationindexsystemforhigh-qualityagriculturaldevelomentthat includesfivedimensions：innovationcoordinationgreeopenessandsharing.Itusesdatafro2011to222andusstropy methodtoevaluatethelevelofhigh-qualityagriculturaldevelopmentinSouthwestChina.Empiricalanalysis.Theresultsshowthat theregionhasachievedpositiveresultsinpromotinghigh-qualityagriculturaldevelopment.However，thedevelopmentofvarious regionsisuneven，andthedevelopmentofvariousdimensionsisuneven.Thescoresforinovativedevelopmentandcordinated developmentcontiuetorise，thescoreforgreendevelopmenthasincreasedslightly，thescoreforopendevelopmentfluctuates greatly，andthscoreforshareddevelopmenthassteadilyincreased.Basedontheaboveanalysis，thisarticleputsforwardpolicy sugestionssuchastrengtheningagriculturaltechnologicalinnovationoptimizingthelayoutofagriculturalindustries，prooting greenagriculturaltechnology，expandingagriculturalopeninguptotheoutsideworld，andimprovingthequalitystructureof agricultural products to promote the comprehensiveand high-qualitydevelopment of agriculture in Southwest China.
