Abstract：PostgraduatestudentsareanewforceintheinnovationanddevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyinChina，and professionaldegreegraduatestudentsareanewforcetomeettheneedsofsocialandindustrialdevelopment.Withtherapid developmentofthenumberofgraduatestudentsincolegesanduniversis，higherdemandshavebeeputforwardforthe qualityofgraduatetraining.Inthenewsituationthispaperstartswiththecurrntsituationofprofessonaldegreepostgraduate trainingiagriculturalcoleges，analyzessomeproblemsinthecurrenttrainingprocess，andproposessomereformmeasurest improvetheinovationabilityandtalentqualityofprofessionalmastersstudents，sothattheirtrainingmodelcanadapttothe needsofsocialdevelopmentforprofessionalmastersstudentsunderthenewsituationandmettheneedsofsocialdevelopment.
