Abstract:PostgraduatestudentsareanewforceintheinnovationanddevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyinChina,and professionaldegreegraduatestudentsareanewforcetomeettheneedsofsocialandindustrialdevelopment.Withtherapid developmentofthenumberofgraduatestudentsincolegesanduniversis,higherdemandshavebeeputforwardforthe qualityofgraduatetraining.Inthenewsituationthispaperstartswiththecurrntsituationofprofessonaldegreepostgraduate trainingiagriculturalcoleges,analyzessomeproblemsinthecurrenttrainingprocess,andproposessomereformmeasurest improvetheinovationabilityandtalentqualityofprofessionalmastersstudents,sothattheirtrainingmodelcanadapttothe needsofsocialdevelopmentforprofessionalmastersstudentsunderthenewsituationandmettheneedsofsocialdevelopment.
