——基于高職畜牧獸醫(yī)專業(yè)人才需求現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

Abstract：Withtheadvancementoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，theanimalhusbandryindustryhasbroaddevelopment prospectsandisrapidlytransformingfromextensiveproductiontointensive，large-scaleandmodernization，creatinganurgent needforenterprisesforigh-qualitytalentsinanimalhusbandryandveterinarymajors.Astheradleoftrainingskilldtalents， colegeshouldertheimportanttaskofdeliveringhigh-qualitytalentstosociety.Facedwithproblemssuchasinsuficientsupply ofanimalhusbandrytalentsandcarerdevelopmentofstudentsmajoringinanimalhusbandryandveterinarysciencein vocationalcoleges，theresearchteamexploredtheneweraofanimalhusbandryandveterinaryscienceinvocationalcoleges focusingonthreemajoraspects：enterprisetalentneedsandfuturedevelopment，careeplanning forstudents，andemployment situationofgraduates.Currentsituationoftalentdemand.Relyingonthesurveyresults，itisrecommendedtoimprovethequality oftalenttraininginanimalusbandryandveterinarymajorsinhighervocationaleducationbypromotingthehealthydevelopment oftheanimalhusbandryindustry，depeningthereformoftalenttrainingprograms，andpromotingthedevelopmentofstudents professional qualities.

為引導(dǎo)農(nóng)牧高職院校學(xué)生深人學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于“三農(nóng)"工作和青年工作的重要論述，更加深刻了解國家鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，使高職畜牧獸醫(yī)專業(yè)學(xué)生在社會實踐中充分掌握行業(yè)發(fā)展動態(tài)和人才需求現(xiàn)狀，調(diào)研小組從企業(yè)人才需求數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu)、為大專畢業(yè)生提供崗位和首崗薪資、對就業(yè)人員職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和技能要求、在校生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃以及畢業(yè)生就業(yè)選擇和未來發(fā)展5個方面，探索新時期我國高職畜牧獸醫(yī)專業(yè)人才需求現(xiàn)狀，思考當(dāng)前如何從企業(yè)、高校、教師和學(xué)生4個層面深化高職畜牧獸醫(yī)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的建議與舉措。（剩余6615字）
