有限元連接方法在某無(wú)人飛行器建模中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:針對(duì)復(fù)雜飛行器在有限元建模中將不同結(jié)構(gòu)連接的問(wèn)題,對(duì)慣性釋放計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;基于某無(wú)人飛行器的整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)平臺(tái),分別采取1d單元、接觸和共節(jié)點(diǎn)3種有限元連接方法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同結(jié)構(gòu)連接,比較每種方法的建模和計(jì)算效率以及計(jì)算結(jié)果。驗(yàn)證表明:在滿足工程的要求下,1d單元連接方式效率最高。

Application of Finite Element Connection Method of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

Abstract:The calculation method of inertial relief is verified to address the connecting different structures in finite element modeling of complex aircraft. Based on the complete structure platform of an unmanned aerial vehicle, three finite element connections methods of 1d element, contact and common node are adopted to connect different structures. The modeling and calculation efficiency of each method are compared, and the calculation results are verified by experiments, which conclude that the 1d element connection method is the most efficient connection method in line with the requirements of engineering.
