提升大學(xué)生心理健康水平的干預(yù)研究：基于小組工作

摘 要：為提升大學(xué)生心理健康水平，以《90 項(xiàng)癥狀自評(píng)量表（SCL-90）》為前后測(cè)量表，運(yùn)用 SPSS 26 對(duì)前后測(cè)心理健康水平數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析，結(jié)果顯示：干預(yù)前后心理健康水平存在顯著性差異。高校應(yīng)將小組工作充分應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作。

Abstract：In order to improve the mental health level of college students， this study took The 90 Symptoms Self-rating Scale（SCL-90） as the pre- and post-measurement table， and applied SPSS 26 to analyze the correlation of the pre- and post-test mental-health level data， and the results showed that there were significant differences in mental health level before and after intervention.The application of the intervention mode of group work in ideological and political work should be promoted in colleges and uni-versities.
