基于期望理論的“00后”大學(xué)生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)新路徑探究
摘 要:“00 后”大學(xué)生是高校學(xué)生的主力軍,他們追求自我、個(gè)性突出,但獨(dú)立能力、自主學(xué)習(xí)能力較差。高校應(yīng)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生科學(xué)設(shè)定期望目標(biāo),構(gòu)建學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)新機(jī)制,激勵(lì)大學(xué)生增強(qiáng)信心,提高學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)成效。

Abstract:Post-2000 college students are the main force of college students, who are self-pursuit and with strong personalities,but have poor independent and self-directed learning abilities. Universities should guide students to scientifically set expected goals,establish new mechanisms for academic atmosphere construction, inspire college students to enhance their confidence, and improvethe effectiveness of academic atmosphere construction.
