“雙碳”背景下資源循環(huán)科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)探究
摘 要:目前,資源循環(huán)科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)普遍存在模式傳統(tǒng)及交叉融合不足等問(wèn)題,很難滿足“雙碳”戰(zhàn)略對(duì)人才的要求。高校通過(guò)優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、構(gòu)建復(fù)合型課程體系、完善教學(xué)資源、優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍、注重創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)、推進(jìn)國(guó)際化交流等,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)“雙碳”發(fā)展需要的復(fù)合型創(chuàng)新人才。

Exploring the Interdisciplinary Talent Training Model of Resource Recycling Science andEngineering under the Background of Double Carbon

Abstract:Nowadays, there are common problems in the training of talents in Resource Recycling Science and Engineering,such as traditional modes and insufficient cross integration, making it difficult to meet the requirements of the “dual carbon”strategy for talents. University explores the interdisciplinary talent cultivation mode from the aspects of establishing talent cultiva-tion goals, constructing curriculum systems, improving teaching resources, optimizing teaching staff, cultivating innovative abili-ties, and promoting international exchanges, aiming to cultivate composite innovative talents to meet the needs of “dual carbon”development.
Key words:resource recycling science and engineering;background of double carbon;talents cultivation為深入貫徹黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于“雙碳”的戰(zhàn)略部署,發(fā)揮高校科技創(chuàng)新主力軍作用[1] ,2021 年教育部印發(fā)了《高等學(xué)校碳中和科技創(chuàng)新行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》,強(qiáng)調(diào)要推動(dòng)碳中和交叉學(xué)科與專業(yè)建設(shè),加快制定碳中和領(lǐng)域人才培養(yǎng)方案,加強(qiáng)能源碳中和、資源碳中和等相關(guān)教材建設(shè)[2] 。(剩余5164字)
