摘 要：大學計算機基礎課程面向低年級大學生開設，有效實施課程思政更有利于大學生的成長成才。課程教師應做好課程思政頂層設計、加強教學資源建設、精心設計課程思政教學、注重建立綜合評價機制，進而有效實現(xiàn)對學生的知識傳授、能力培養(yǎng)、價值塑造。

Ideological and Political Exploration of College Computer Basic CurriculumBased on OBE Concept in the Era of “Internet +”

Abstract：The basic computer course in universities is designed for freshmen and sophomores， effectively implementing ideo-logical and political education in the curriculum， which is more conducive to the growth and success of college students. Teachersshould do a good job in the top-level design of ideological and political education， strengthen the construction of teaching resources，and carefully design the teaching of ideological and political education in courses. Emphasis should be placed on establishing acomprehensive evaluation mechanism to effectively impart knowledge， cultivate abilities， and shape values to students.
