摘要：現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)在專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員職稱(chēng)評(píng)審中的應(yīng)用，可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)紙化、信息化辦公，提高效率，確保評(píng)審公正公開(kāi)。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的內(nèi)涵、優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的應(yīng)用問(wèn)題，并提出改進(jìn)建議，旨在充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)強(qiáng)化職稱(chēng)評(píng)審效果，推動(dòng)評(píng)審工作現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。

The Application of Modern Information Technology in the Professional Title Evaluation of Technical Personnel

Abstract： The application of modern information technology in the professional title evaluation of technical personnel enables paperless and digitalized office work， enhancing efficiency and ensuring fairness and transparency in the evaluation process. This paper briefly introduces the essence， advantages， and existing application issues of modern information technology， and proposes improvement suggestions aimed at fully leveraging modern information technology to strengthen the effectiveness of professional title evaluations and promote the modernization of the evaluation process.
