摘要：現(xiàn)代信息技術在專業(yè)技術人員職稱評審中的應用，可實現(xiàn)無紙化、信息化辦公，提高效率，確保評審公正公開。本文簡要介紹了現(xiàn)代信息技術的內涵、優(yōu)勢和存在的應用問題，并提出改進建議，旨在充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術強化職稱評審效果，推動評審工作現(xiàn)代化進程。

Abstract： The application of modern information technology in the professional title evaluation of technical personnel enables paperless and digitalized office work， enhancing efficiency and ensuring fairness and transparency in the evaluation process. This paper briefly introduces the essence， advantages， and existing application issues of modern information technology， and proposes improvement suggestions aimed at fully leveraging modern information technology to strengthen the effectiveness of professional title evaluations and promote the modernization of the evaluation process.
