摘 要：近年來，人們的生活條件持續(xù)改善，食品安全認(rèn)知也在逐漸加深。因此，本文對(duì)常用的食品安全檢測(cè)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并對(duì)當(dāng)前食品安全檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，旨在為保障食品安全提供參考。
