Abstract:Thispaperinvestigatestheimplementationprocessandpracticaloutcomesofthetechniciancollge-basedadaptationof theAutomobileEngineMaintenancecurrculumundertheframeworkofintegrationofengineeingtheoryandpractice.Throughanindepthanalysisoftecurentlandscapeofautomotivemaintenanceenterprises,combinedwiththeinstitution’spedagogicalresources andstudents’leaingprofiles,tispaperdfiesvocationalcompetencydimensionsforcultivatingskilledtalentsthroughatechician collge-basedcuricuum.Itestablisstechiciancollege-basedcuiculumstandardsalignedwithintegrationofengineringteory andpractice,evelopsorspondingteachingesourcsndimplementspdagogicalinterventios.Tesultsmonstratethatthe adapteduricumsiicantlyanessdents’professoalompetencs,tranferablesils,cialompetenciedopr hensivevocationalliteracy,effectivelyaddressing societaldemands forgraduatesof technical vocationaleducation.

1前言

工學(xué)一體化課程國標(biāo)是國家層面的指導(dǎo)性標(biāo)準(zhǔn),由于地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、校企合作特點(diǎn)、生源基礎(chǔ)和設(shè)備設(shè)施等軟硬件條件的差異,各個(gè)技工院校不能脫離實(shí)際照搬套用,學(xué)校需要結(jié)合本區(qū)域行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、學(xué)校教學(xué)條件、學(xué)生學(xué)情等,對課程國標(biāo)進(jìn)行校本轉(zhuǎn)化,使國標(biāo)“本地化”“校本化”,從而滿足專業(yè)建設(shè)、課程體系、教學(xué)實(shí)施的需要[1]。(剩余3880字)
