Abstract：This studyfocusesontheindustralchainandsupplychainofnewenergybattriesandmaterialsbasedonQianxinan Buyiand MiaoAutonomousPrefecture.Throughanin-depthanalysisofthecurrentindustrialsituationandexisting problems，andby combining withthesucesfulexperiencesofotherregions within the“OneCoreandTwoZones”intheprovince，thedevelopmentdirectionfQianxianPrefectureinthisfeldhasbeenclarified.QianxinanPrefecturehasmadecertainprogresinthenewenergybatery andmaterialindustryHowever，prominentproblemssuchasa“shortandbroken”industrialchainnunstablesupplychainndalag intechnologicalinovationstillexist.Thoughmeasuessuchassudyingteindustrialchainandsupplychain，trengtheningsitic andtechologicaliovtionndiingwerslyarntees，theustrialmpeitieesscnbeanedsablede velopmentcanbecheved，ndnewpeuscanbeijectedintotegioalonomictrasforationTissudyasmporaacti cal guiding significance for promoting the development of the regional new energy industry.
