Abstract：Currently，dieselengineemissionregulationsarebecomingincreasinglystrngentndtheimportanceofftertreatment systemsforcommercialvehicledieselenginsisgrowing.Regenerationcontoltrategiesandlifepredictionavebecomekeytecholo gies.Thispaperfirstintroducestheworkingprincipleoftheafertreatmentsystemforcommercialvehicledieselengiesandexplains thenumerouscallgesfcedbyegeerationcontrolandlifepredictionTenitpropoesodelpredictieotrol-based generationoptimiationstrategyandadata-drivenifepreditionmetodforteaftertreatmentsystem，supportingthontiuousdevelopment of commercial vehicle diesel engines.
