Abstract:Withtherapidexpansionofthenewenergyvehiclemarketrepresentedbyelectricdrive,theproblemofdiferentialfailurehasbecomeicreasinglypromient,eriouslyectingveiclereliabilityanduserexperience.Thispaperconductsadetaldanaly sisofthefailurecaseofthediferentialofacertairandofelectricdrivevehiclerevealingtemechanismofthefilureofthedieren tialduetothelackoflubricationunderthecouplingefectofhighrotationalspeeddiferenceandlargetorque.Andbyformulatingan optimizationplanandconductingexperimentalverification,theprobleofderentialfailurewassolved.Tispractcalmethodeffec tivelyimprovesthelubricatioperformanceoftediferentialassemblyandthewearresistanceoftsparts,providingaeferecefor the research and development and optimization of similar products in electric drive vehicles.

1前言
差速器是汽車傳動系統(tǒng)的一個重要零部件,它將發(fā)動機(jī)的扭矩傳遞給驅(qū)動車輪,當(dāng)汽車在轉(zhuǎn)彎行駛或者不平路面上行駛時,可以使兩側(cè)車輪以不同的角速度滾動,從而保證兩側(cè)車輪與地面之間做純滾動運動,減少輪胎的磨損和動力消耗,提高汽車的通過性[1]。(剩余3017字)
