摘  要:教育部積極推進新工科建設,鼓勵各類高校積極組織開展新工科研究與實踐,培養(yǎng)實踐能力強、創(chuàng)新能力強、具備國際競爭力的高素質復合型新工科人才??紤]到傳統(tǒng)工科專業(yè)所面臨的專業(yè)工程能力及經管復合能力不足的雙重挑戰(zhàn),文章針對交通工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式提出了一些新工科背景下的改革和探索方法。

Abstract: The Ministry of Education actively promotes the emerging engineering education and encourages universities to attempt and research bravely in related areas. Then the high

-quality emerging engineering talents with strong practical ability, innovation ability, and international competitiveness could be cultivated. Traditional engineering students usually have insufficient professional engineering ability and couldn't deal with the challenges coupled with economy and management as well. In this regard, this paper proposed some reforms to the training mode for traffic engineering major students.
