摘  要：基于琿春海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展示范區(qū)建設(shè)背景下，分析了當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)對琿春物流人才能力的需求，以培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)能力需求為導(dǎo)向，構(gòu)建了發(fā)展琿春海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下延邊大學(xué)物流管理專業(yè)課程體系。

Abstract： Based on the background of construction of Hunchun marine economic development demonstration area， this paper analyzes the demand of local enterprises for Hunchun logistics talents' ability， and sets up the curriculum system of logistics management major in Yanbian University under the background of developing Hunchun marine economy.

 當(dāng)前應(yīng)用型本科教育日益興起，如何實(shí)現(xiàn)高校人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與社會(huì)需求的匹配，仍是應(yīng)用型本科院校面臨的一個(gè)難題。（剩余1833字）
