摘 要:本文分析了高職院校專業(yè)課程教學(xué)存在的問題,結(jié)合我院汽車專業(yè)的實(shí)際情況引入了與課程相關(guān)的合作企業(yè)形成校企深度融合的共同體,運(yùn)用共生理論融通校內(nèi)外資源調(diào)整人才培養(yǎng)方案,通過校企雙驅(qū)共同實(shí)施教學(xué),形成了崗課賽證融通的教育模式。實(shí)踐表明,本模式能有效的克服專業(yè)課程教學(xué)的相關(guān)問題,值得研究與推廣。

Construction and Practice of "Post, Course, Competition, Certificate" Precision Education and Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of professional courses in higher vocational colleges, and combines the actual situation of the automobile major in our college to introduce cooperative enterprises related to the courses to form a community of deep integration between the school and the enterprise. Through the joint implementation of teaching between schools and enterprises, an education model of ‘Post,Course,Competition,Certificate’ integration has been formed by symbiosis theory. The practice shows that this model can effectively overcome the related problems of professional course teaching, and it is worthy of research and promotion.
