摘 要：文章基于第五版DFMEA，結(jié)合目前現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況、實(shí)際問題、項(xiàng)目要求和產(chǎn)品案例，闡明了DFMEA在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)工作中如何管理、如何實(shí)施以及如何全面運(yùn)用，將FMEA知識(shí)和專業(yè)知識(shí)融合在一起，有助于加深理解，提升應(yīng)用能力。

Management Implementation and Specific Application in Product Development based on the Fifth Edition of DFMEA

Abstract：Based on the fifth edition of DFMEA， the article clarifies how DFMEA is managed， implemented and comprehensively used in design and development work， combining FMEA knowledge and expertise in combination with current reality， practical problems， project requirements and product cases， to help to deepen understanding and improve application ability.

1 引言

對(duì)于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)，往往由于缺乏整體、系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)觀念，前期設(shè)計(jì)分析、工程分析沒有有效開展，與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)作業(yè)無(wú)法連貫，造成許多在研發(fā)初期就應(yīng)該做好預(yù)防的工作，卻要等進(jìn)入正式生產(chǎn)時(shí)才提出設(shè)計(jì)更改進(jìn)行嬌正，浪費(fèi)時(shí)間和金錢。（剩余5359字）
