摘 要:本文以正面碰撞的結(jié)構設計為出發(fā)點,闡述正面碰撞設計的基本思路。包含:由外向內(nèi)逐級加強的設計,以保證生存空間的設計基本要點;整車受力傳遞路徑的規(guī)劃與截面力規(guī)劃的設計要點;同時,還闡述了材質(zhì)及料厚的選取、焊接質(zhì)量對于碰撞安全的影響以及設計或選取的方法。
