Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheclinicalefectofthunderfiremoxibustioninthetreatmentofacuteattackofchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease（externalcoldand interaldrinksyndrome）：MethodsSeventyAECOPDpatientswithexceptionalcodnei drink syndromeweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtodiferenttreatment methods.35patientsintecontrolgroupweregivenconventionalwesternmedicinetreatment.Observationgroup35casesweretreatedwiththunderfiremoxibustion combined with wester medicine，thecourseoftreatmentwas1Odays.TCMsyndrome score，qualityoflifescore，pulmonaryfunction index，inflammatoryindex，immnefunctioandclinicalefectiveratewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsAterdays of treatment，the levels ofcough，sputum and asthma in the observation group werelower than thosein the control group（ P<0.05 ）， the CAT score level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P<0.05 ），F(xiàn)EV1，F(xiàn)VC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P<0.05 ），the level of WBC、CRP、PCT、IL-6 in the observation group was significantly decreased compared with the control group（ P<0.05 ）， CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P<0.05 ），while CD8 + levels were basically unchanged （ P>0.05 ）． The total effective rate of the control group was 77. 14% ，while that of the observation group was 94.28% ．The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion The treatment of AECOPD patients with thunderfire moxibustioncanimprovethenfunctioofpatietsduceiflammatio，anceimmuityandhasdefiiteclinicaleficacyderfie moxibustion has a strong safety.
