Abstract：Thispaperdelvesintothehalth preservationconceptsrelated tocerealsinZang medicine，specificallexploringthe perspectivespresetedinheourMedicalClasscs，iscusstecassifcationofdiet，thedefionadcategorationofcreals，as wellasterflavor，aste，andfcacyIncorporatingmodernresearchfindings，wefurtheranalyzetheimpactofcerealsonhealth enhanceentanddiseaseprevention.ItwasfoundthatZangmedicineofcerealhadpositiveefectonpreventingchronicdiseasessuch ascardiovasculardiseaseanddiabetesThispaperpositstatteganalthpresevatioconeptsoutlinedintheFourMedicalClassicsnotonlycayforwardZang medicalcultureutalsoofersignificantguidanceforcontemporaryhealthyliving.Byvalidatingandinnovativelyapplyingmodernscientifictechniques，wecanfurtherleveragethehealthbenefitsofgrains，therebyadvancinghuman health and wellbeing.
