Abstract：Thispaper explores thecompatibilitymethodof“coldand heatconcurrentadministration”inthetraditionalChinese medicineclasicFuxingjueWuzangYongyaoFayaoandisaplicationinthetreatmentoffive-visceralabordamagediseasesByanalyzingthecompositionideasandclinicalsyndromeandtreatmentofiveprescriptionsforlabordamagediseasesYangshengBugan Decoction，TiaoshenBuxinDecoction，Jianzhong Bupi Decoction，Ningqi Bufei Decoction，andGuyuan Bushen Decoction，thepaperreveals theprincipleofprescriptioncompositionof“regulatingbodyandfunctionwithcoldandheatconcurrentadministration + supplementing deficiencies withgrains，meats，fruits，andvegetables”，aswellasthecompatibilitymethodof“coldandheatconcurrent administration”using“tonifying the body with neutral drugs + assisting function with hot drugs + dispelling pathogens with colddrugs”.Thepaperemphasizestheimportanceofthecompatibilityofcoldandhotdrugsinregulatingandreplenishingtheimbalancebetweethebodyandfunctionoftheviscera，providinganewstrategybasedontraditionalChinesemedicinetheoryforthetreatment of modern consumptive diseases.
