Abstract：Inrecentyears，thecoexistenceof polycysticovarysyndrome（PCOS）andsubclinical hypothyroidism（SH）inclinical practicehasbecomequitecommon，whichcanafectthereproductiveandmetabolicfunctions of patients.LiuYaoli，anassociate professor，guidedbythetheoryofregulatingtheflowofqifromZhang Zhen，amasteroftraditionalChinese medicine，startedfromthe maininternalorgansinvolvedinthedisease，theliver，spleen，adkidneys，toregulatetheliver，regulatethespleen，andnorishthe kidneysoregulatemenstruation.Heproposedthattheliveristefundamentalforeliminatinggoitersandregulatingmenstruation，and basedonthis，heformulatedthe“RegulatingGoiterandMenstruation Decoction".Thispaper mainlysummarizestheexperienceof Liu YaolintreatingPCOSwithsubclinicalhypothyroidismformanyyears，inordertoexplorenewideasandmethodsfortheprevention andtreatmentof the diseaseintraditional Chinese medicineandhelppatientsaleviate clinicalsymptomsandregain health.
