Abstract：Premature ovarian failure（POF）isacommon gynecologicaldisease，andinrecent years its incidencehasbecome moreyouthful.Nowadays，traditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentforPOFhasgraduallenteredthepubliceyeduetoitsgodefcacy andminimalsidfects.AsoneofteimportantteorsoftraditioalCisemedicine'ssdomediferetiationadtreant，Z Danxi's“Sixstagnationdiseases”theorystillprovidesageneralframeworkforthediagnosisofdiseasesincludingPOF.Thisarticleis basedonZhuDanxi'stheoryof“Sixstagnationdiseases”，anddeplyexploresandanalyzesthecorrelationbetweenPOFandtheoccur renceanddevelopmentof“Sixstagnationdiseases”.Finall，itisexplainedthatQistagation，Blodstagnation，F(xiàn)restagnation， FoodstagnationDmpsstagnation，andlegmstagationcanallcoexistandcusediseases.Inaddition，teconceptof“Shuni first"inthetreatmentofPOFbasedonkidneytonifyngissummarizedfromtheperspectiveof“Sixstagnationdiseases”，andproposes a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of POF based on syndrome differentiation.
