Abstract：ObjectiveToprovideareferenceforthepreciseidentificationofsixplantsofPeriplocaL.from Chinaandthefurther developmentalutilizationof medicinalmaterialsresourcesofthis genus.MethodThesixplantsofPeriplocafrom China werestudied bymeansofmacrosopicandmcroscopicidentifcationmethods.ResultsFormacroscopicdentification，thissixplantscouldbedistinguishedfromeachotherbythenumberoflowersbearingineachflorescence，theshapeandcolourofcorolllobesandthepresence orabsenceofpilosecorona，aswellasthestemcolour，theleafshapeandthetexture.Inthemicroscopicidentification，therewasa slightdiference in thedensityof the vesselsand xylemoccupancyinthestemcross-section，thepalisadetissueof P .forrestii and P sepiumpassedthroughte mainveinsintheleafross-section，andtheaticlinalwalftheleafepideralcellswascurvdinawave -likemanner，whiletheremainingfourspeciesdidnotpassthroughthemainveinsandtheanticlinalwalloftheleafepideralcels wasflat.ConcusioTedifecesinmacrooicadmcrosopiccharaeristsanaccratelydifretiate tesixpntsofPeriplocafromChina，whichcanfectivelyavoidthemixtureofmedicinalmaterialsandprovideabasisfortheidentificationoftheauthenticity of Periploca from China.

杠柳屬（PeriplocaL.）植物在中國植物志中屬于蘿蘑科（Asclepiadaceae），如今在被子植物分類系統(tǒng)APGIV被歸入夾竹桃科（Apocynaceae），該屬目前世界約有10余種，主要分布在亞洲溫帶、歐洲南部和非洲熱帶地區(qū)；綜合《中國植物志》《FloraofChi-na》以及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)[，中國目前記錄有7個種，即青蛇藤［Periplocacalophylla（Wight）Falc.]、多花青蛇藤（P.floribundaTsiang）、黑骨藤（ P. forrestii Schl-tr）、杠柳（P.sepiumBunge）、大花杠柳（P.tsangiiD.Fang&H.Z.Ling）、黃花杠柳（P.chrysanthaD.S.Yao，X.C.Chen &J.W.Ren）[3]和峨眉杠柳（P.omeiensis Z.Y.Zhu）[4]，但峨眉杠柳在中國生物物種2024版上未被接受，課題組到其模式產(chǎn)地也未采集到相關(guān)標(biāo)本與材料。（剩余5772字）
