Abstract:ObjectiveToestablishthecharacteristicfingerprintofalkaloidextractofCyclea hypoglauca,anddevelopHPLC method for determination of ⊥- curarine content. Method The chromatography was performed on Agilent ZORBAX XDB -C (4.6 18 mm×75mm 3.5μm) column,Acetonitrile(A) -0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.2% triethylamine ( pH=3 )(B)waselutedbymobilephasegradient, λ=210 nmwasused toanalyzeand determine.ResultsHPLC fingerprint of alkaloidextractofCycleahypoglaucawasestablished,2Ocommonpeakswereidentified,and11batches werehighlysiilar.L curarine showed a good linear relationship in a certain concentration range,with R=0 .9998.The precision,repeatability,stability and RSD of sample addition recovery tests were all less than 3.0% ,and the average recovery rate of sample addition recovery was 98.11% .Conclusion Themethod hashigh precision,goodrepeatabilityand stability,and theresultsareacurateand reliable, which is suitable for the quality control and evaluation of alkaloid extract of Cyclea hypoglauca .
