Abstract：ThisarticlesummarizestheclinicalexperienceofProfesorChenYanincarying forwardtheclinicalexperienceof ProfesorSunDinglong inaplyingthetraditionalChinesemedicinecounter-treatmentmethodof“treatingobsructivedisorderswith tonifying.”ProfesorChenYanbelievesthatthecausativefactorsof diseasesarediverse，andthemanifestationsofsymptomsareeal andfalse，andshouldadheretothepricipleof“treatmentbasedonsyndromedifrentiation，targetingtheotcause”througouthe entirecourseoftdiseasetofullflctthefeaturesoftraditioalChiesemedicineintreatingdiseassandsuppementteliitations of western medicine.
