高職工匠精神與“焙烤食品生產(chǎn)技術(shù)”課程有機融合的路徑研究
摘 要:本文通過分析工匠精神的概念界定及高職食品類專業(yè)學生工匠精神培育的理論支撐,提出工匠精神融入“焙烤食品生產(chǎn)技術(shù)”課程的路徑,并根據(jù)學生就業(yè)后的反饋信息驗證該路徑的有效性和可行性,以期為高職院校培養(yǎng)具備工匠精神的高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才提供理論參考。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the craftsmanship spirit and the theoretical support of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of food majors in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward a way to integrate the craftsmanship spirit into the baking food production technology course,and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of this path,in order to provide a theoretical reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate highquality technical talents with craftsmanship spirit.
