產(chǎn)教融合視域下高職建設(shè)工程管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提升途徑探究

摘要：近年來，高職教育體系逐漸完善，產(chǎn)教融合模式應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛。在當(dāng)下的社會(huì)環(huán)境中，學(xué)校要貼合實(shí)際情況，創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)方式，強(qiáng)化校企合作，增設(shè)實(shí)訓(xùn)、實(shí)習(xí)場(chǎng)地，積極推動(dòng)教學(xué)工作，全面提升學(xué)生的綜合能力，使學(xué)生成為市場(chǎng)所需的技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才。

Abstract：In recent years，the higher vocational education system has been gradually improved，and the mode of integration of industry and education has been applied more and more widely.Under the current social environment，schools should conform to the actual situation，innovate the training methods of talents，strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises，set up more training and practice sites，actively promote teaching work，and comprehensively enhance students’comprehensive ability，become the technical application type talented person which the market needs.
