職業(yè)院校醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)探索

摘 要 文章基于ISO15189質(zhì)量管理體系，探討醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)教師需具備的實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力以及ISO15189要素融入教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)過(guò)程的方法與策略，以期持續(xù)改進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)教師的實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力，提高醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，培養(yǎng)具備ISO15189質(zhì)量管理意識(shí)的醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。

Exploration of Cultivating Practical Teaching Ability for Medical Laboratory Technology Teachers in Vocational Colleges

Abstract Based on the ISO15189 quality management system， this article explores the practical teaching abilities that medical laboratory technology teachers need to possess， as well as the methods and strategies for integrating ISO15189 elements into the process of cultivating teachers' practical teaching abilities. The aim is to continuously improve the practical teaching abilities of medical laboratory technology teachers， enhance the quality of medical laboratory technology talent cultivation， and cultivate medical laboratory technology professionals with ISO15189 quality management awareness.
