基于戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論的民辦高職產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院治理創(chuàng)新機制研究

摘 要 文章以戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論為基礎(chǔ)，探討了民辦高職產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院治理創(chuàng)新機制的問題。通過對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論的闡述，進(jìn)一步明晰了民辦高職產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院治理創(chuàng)新機制的必要性，探討了戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論在民辦高職產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院治理中的構(gòu)建及實施策略，為民辦高職產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院的治理提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract This article is based on the theory of strategic alliances and explores the issue of governance innovation mechanisms in private vocational colleges. By elaborating on the theory of strategic alliance， the necessity of innovative governance mechanisms in private vocational colleges has been further clarified. The construction and implementation strategies of strategic alliance theory in the governance of private vocational colleges have been explored， providing new ideas and methods for the governance of private vocational colleges.
