基于內(nèi)部視角的高?？萍汲晒D(zhuǎn)化機制優(yōu)化研究

摘  要：決定高校科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化成效的主體因素是其本身。該文從高校內(nèi)部視角分析科技成果培育、成果價值評估、供需信息暢通、校地合作聯(lián)動和轉(zhuǎn)化人才培養(yǎng)等方面在科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化機制建設(shè)上的不足，在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合高校實際情況提出針對性的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化機制優(yōu)化建議。

Abstract： The main factor that determines the effectiveness of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is itself. From the internal perspective of colleges and universities， this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the construction of the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements， such as the cultivation of scientific and technological achievements， the evaluation of the value of scientific and technological achievements， the smooth flow of supply and demand information， the linkage of university-land cooperation and the cultivation of transformed talents. According to the actual situation of colleges and universities， this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements.
