B型不銹鋼城軌車輛內(nèi)裝輕量化研究

摘 要:為保障列車的綠色環(huán)保,需對(duì)城軌車輛進(jìn)行輕量化設(shè)計(jì)。該文對(duì)城軌車輛內(nèi)裝輕量化進(jìn)行研究,以現(xiàn)有B型不銹鋼城軌車輛內(nèi)裝平臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象,介紹內(nèi)裝系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的新材料、新工藝,舉例說(shuō)明內(nèi)裝系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用新材料及安裝新結(jié)構(gòu)所帶來(lái)的輕量化效果,討論未來(lái)城軌車輛的輕量化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

Abstract: In order to protect the green and environmental protection of the train, it is necessary to carry on the lightweight design of urban rail vehicles. This paper studies the lightweight of urban rail vehicle interior, takes the existing B-type stainless steel urban rail vehicle interior platform as the research object, introduces the new materials and new processes used in the interior system. Examples are given to illustrate the lightweight effect brought by the application of new materials and the installation of new structure in the built-in system, and the development trend of lightweight of urban rail vehicles in the future is discussed.
