高職院校班主任工作實(shí)踐探究與反思

摘  要  結(jié)合近幾年班主任工作的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行探究和反思，發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)合高職學(xué)生在大學(xué)三年的不同階段有重點(diǎn)、有針對性地開展工作，是更好地發(fā)揮班主任引領(lǐng)作用的有效途徑，從而有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)高素質(zhì)人才的培養(yǎng)。

Abstract  The author has explored and reflected on the prac-tice of head teacher work in recent years， and find that it is an

effective way to play the leading role of head teacher by focu-

sing on the work in different stages of the three years of college

students in higher vocational colleges. Thus， it can contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talents.
