紅光治療失禁性皮炎的心理護理及健康教育研究

【摘要】目的：探討紅光治療失禁性皮炎患者應(yīng)用心理護理與健康教育的效果。方法：選取2023年1月—2024年1月收治的82例紅光治療失禁性皮炎的患者，隨機劃分為對照組與研究組，對照組采取常規(guī)護理干預(yù)，研究組則采取心理護理和健康教育的方式，并對兩組護理效果進行比較。結(jié)果：研究組健康知識知曉率（95.12%）高于對照組（78.05%），護理后不良情緒與生活質(zhì)量評分均優(yōu)于對照組，護理滿意度（97.56%）顯著高于對照組（82.93%），以上指標(biāo)經(jīng)過對比后均存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P

Psychological nursing and health education research on red light therapy for incontinence induced dermatitis

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing and health education for red light treatment in patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods：82 patients with incontinence dermatitis treated with red light from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the research group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention，and the research group adopted psychological nursing and health education，and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. 失禁性皮炎為重癥、長期臥床患者常見的皮膚損傷，由于重癥、長期臥床患者病情遷延，通常伴有肢體活動障礙、大小便失禁情況，在與富含細菌的尿液、糞便長期接觸后，如果未及時采取有效的干預(yù)措施，則會引起肛周、會陰部出現(xiàn)炎癥反應(yīng)，增加患者疼痛、褥瘡和感染風(fēng)險，不僅會加重患者生理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)，同時還會阻礙患者的康復(fù)[1]。（剩余4042字）
