【摘要】目的：分析綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)小兒過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒的效果。方法：納入110例小兒過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒，患兒均于2023年2月—2024年2月期間在我院接受護(hù)理，將患兒隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（常規(guī)護(hù)理）與實(shí)驗(yàn)組（綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)），各55例，觀察兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組的腹痛、紫癜、皮疹、關(guān)節(jié)腫痛和消化道癥狀改善時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組SAS與SDS評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention for pediatric patients with allergic purpura. Methods：A total of 110 pediatric patients diagnosed with allergic purpura were enrolled，all of whom received nursing in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024.They were randomly divided into the control group （conventional nursing） and the experimental group（comprehensive nursing intervention），with 55 patients in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results：The improvement time for symptoms such as abdominal pain，purpura，rash，joint swelling and pain and gastrointestinal symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group （P0.05）；After nursing，the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P
