【摘要】目的：探討蒙脫石散聯(lián)用復(fù)合乳酸菌膠囊對(duì)腹瀉患兒的影響。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2023年12月的80例腹瀉患兒，隨機(jī)將其分為兩組。對(duì)照組單用蒙脫石散，觀察組采用蒙脫石散聯(lián)合復(fù)合乳酸菌膠囊。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組的二胺氧化酶、內(nèi)毒素和D-乳酸水平比較無明顯差異（P>0.05）；治療后，兩組的腸屏障功能指標(biāo)均明顯降低（P0.05）；治療后，兩組的腹痛、大便次數(shù)增加、嘔吐、脫水、大便形狀改變和發(fā)熱評(píng)分均明顯降低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with lactobacillus complex capsules on children with diarrhea.Methods：80 children with diarrhea in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder alone，while the observation group was treated with montmorillonite powder combined with lactobacillus complex capsules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results：Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the levels of diamine oxidase，endotoxin and D-lactate between the two groups （P>0.05）；After treatment，the intestinal barrier function indicators of both groups were significantly reduced （P0.05）；After treatment，the abdominal pain，increased frequency of bowel mov ements，vomiting，dehydration，changes in stool shape and fever scores of both groups were significantly reduced （P
