老年性陰道炎藥物治療闡述

【摘要】老年陰道炎是一種常見(jiàn)的婦科疾病，多發(fā)生于絕經(jīng)后的婦女。其主要的病理機(jī)制是雌激素水平的下降，導(dǎo)致陰道壁的萎縮和上皮的變薄，從而使得陰道環(huán)境變得干燥，易受細(xì)菌感染。本文主要綜述了近年來(lái)藥物治療老年陰道炎的研究進(jìn)展，包括局部和全身用藥。

【Abstract】Senile vaginitis is a common gynecological disease that often occurs in postmenopausal women.The main pathological mechanism is a decrease in estrogen levels，which leads to the atrophy of the vaginal wall and thinning of the epithelium，making the vaginal environment dry and susceptible to bacterial infection.This article mainly reviews the research progress in drug treatment of elderly vaginitis in recent years，including local and systemic medication.
