哮喘是一種呼吸系統(tǒng)阻塞性炎癥性疾病，多由接觸過敏原誘發(fā)的I型變態(tài)反應(yīng)、慢性炎癥引發(fā)氣道高反應(yīng)性及氣道重塑所致，急性發(fā)作期可出現(xiàn)咳嗽、氣促、呼吸困難、哮鳴音等癥狀，具有起病急、病情進展快、遷延難愈、易反復(fù)發(fā)作的特點，嚴(yán)重影響了患兒的生活質(zhì)量及身心健康[1-2]。（剩余4074字）
